To be honest I'd much rather know they were focused on salt slag, nmp, spl, silica and since it's there the gold.
To get the most out of the above is a BIG job, Having them also work on another business for themselves has to take
away some energy and focus from mhm.
Just my initial thoughts though, will see what they say.
