In light of the latest activities report I will be voting ... (1) NO .... the reason is that if the renumeration report is rejected twice then the whole board must stand for re-election .... it is a chance to issue a warning to them from shareholders that they are on notice. (2) Yes ... Vesna from my knowledge is warmly regarded by the Namibian Lady(I cannot remember her name) who signs off on permits and extensions and I am of the opinion that personal relationships are important at this level of business so it would be counter productive to loose her from the team at this important stage of our development. (3) Yes ..... as much as I don't want to dilute our shares ..... we have to have working capital to pay for the analysis of the 3D data, trips to Namibia to sort out the holdups and we only have AUD $3.4million in kitty ..... there is no other way to keep the doors open at this close stage of proceedings but to raise capital from the market. Like all of you I am frustrated with these delays and the lack of communication but we are very close relatively to, IMHO, a massive win and I don't want to stuff it up.
