The timing of the mid November meeting again has the hall marks of "2 months going back in Feb and 6-8 weeks going back in August". BUT, with the involvement this time of all the JV, Sintana and the MME, its
more likely that they are more serious about meeting the time frame. The other thing that would be pushing them to come good is of course the AGM on 27th. I bet they are dreading the question time even now. Gut feeling only, I am a bit more positive.

The involvement of MME is very curious. I am hoping that there isn't any disagreements legal or otherwise that require the mediation or intervention of the MME. Let's hope that it's to fast track the project.
