If you remove the fluff from this announcement and just look at the actual 'activities' performed by the company, it boils down to engaging Jeffries to help dig them out of this hole.

There needs to be accountability across the entire board for failing to execute their strategy of funding via DFC for Karibib and signing on a strategic partner in Abu Dhabi. There was obviously no Plan B, and now at the very last minute trying to find some miracle to keep the company afloat.
