We should be happy additional prospective overhang by way of options to those participating in the raise aren't granted, as it often brings in the wrong type of capital that once shares are issued, they end up selling to keep the options for free = risk free look at the upside.

Iam comfortable with the quantum and strike price at ~2c being the price needed to be paid in order for the broker to receive the shares. This would have been negotiated due to the relatively small ($150k) fee Morgans are collecting on the placement.

Existing shareholders will get a look at the placement via the SPP and with a small amount on offer, I suggest we get our applications in ASAP for those wanting to top up, as we may see the company move to close this early.
