assume what you like, thats just my understanding from very breif calls to MR.

take a step back and look at the group we're holding discussions with, there not going to be the most efficient and organised entity, no distrespect intended.

People will disagree with me here, fine, however I'm sure management are as frustrated with the slow progress on LD & LM as we are.
