Yes 100% agree.
My point is a lot of people have been saying Woodside do this and that.
Well, it is not Woodside that has to go out and get the seismic license, but PCL.
Not saying Woodside should not assist but the onus is clearly on PCL and the JV.
The special relationships we keep hearing about seem to have done diddly squat.
