I don't know ... I think they have their full 15% placement capacity without SH approval, so they could raise about $20 million less fees @ .07. About 290 million shares. Some of the recent trading might be day traders passing the same shares around I guess, but assuming many were depleting overhang you would think the new overhang would be gone by a December DFS update.
But who knows how many will be issued this time. Might be a lot less than 290million. I am just thinking aloud. We will know on Tuesday.
