Sparky the prospectus covers it well but in short the $ sum equivalent of .2 now and .10 when the share price gets to 12c and above.
Almost 2years in the helm and it’s been a downward spiral since the SP was consistently above 50c. Granted Lithium prices are down. Regardless if they had met some of what was set out to be achieved then we wouldn’t be where we are today.
Those low ball free options for the MD reeks of contempt in my opinion. His salary package is already over $300K PA. Not only that but would be investors are currently keeping away as if the plague was set loose
