re: Ann: Letter to Shareholders - Update on T... well true enough re NHC being a pain...but there is no impediment on a rival bid being made. Be nice to get an auction happening. But even though NEC is a nice Co. with lots of upside, I cant see another bid occurring until after NHC drops off..
