I'm not missing that, I think they messed up and made a mistake. They seem to have trusted taurus's payment was coming and overextended themselves. But it's a different story if they made the mistake by getting too exuberant trying to progress the project and overextended vs a malicious scenario.

I believe at this point they made a mistake, which is why I have not dumped all my shares. If I believed they were being downright malicious I would no longer hold.

The first scenario while not ideal can be rectified if they learn from the mistake and are more prudent next time. They seem to have learned from the market asking them not to be as "pumpy" in their language which indicates to me they are trying.

In the world of juniors I would pick management that's trying every time over management that's not. The project itself here is pretty outstanding and has such superb potential that I believe the superior grade/met and expansion potential will make up for these mistakes. Hence why I still hold.

But I respect you're frustrated and don't blame you, none of us want to be heavily diluted. I'm all for you asking questions and believe shareholders deserve a response. I'm open to changing my mind if more evidence came to light, I just don't believe in your thesis just yet.

I'm also making the argument that at this MC, it becomes very attractive to me at least as a value play. But that's because I still have optimism about the project.
