Mir, CIC are NOT NEXT DOOR to AFR. Infact they are NOWHERE near.
CIC are HUNDREDS of kms away from AFR in the Mmammabula. Conti's Kweneng project is 5kms away from CIC. This is where the MAJOR coal discoveries are!
I wish people would get their facts right!
