    You know they could've signed BO's 2 YEARS ago when pricing was pretty good? When everything looked pretty good. When insto's put in $50mil at 27c!
    That's when Binding Offtakes already had 2 years of "progressing". Now it's 4 years of progressing.
    You know you can have offtakes at Future pricing ( which is prob quite prudent seeing one needs between 1-2 years to build the mine.)
    Knew all along this webinar was purely ANOTHER marketing exercise.
