I think Cool tried to advise the Board but they ignored him at the time.
That was really a timing thing as at that time the meeting had not taken place.
SI had to shore up capital .
Weeks later good news came from the FDA.
I will say Cool is very knowledgeable in finance and his proposal
he posted the other day was brilliant but I feel post approval
money will finally stop being an issue.
Been a long road.
