That is not a sensible course of action to pursue.

I understand you and others are very frustrated.

But if you hold PCL shares you risk destroying their potential value by creating disruption at the AGM by voting no.

PCL must have the support of its shareholders to keep its credibility as we move through the next gate.

Any shareholder who really feels they have to 'send a message' to the BOD then do this via email to them and not by disrupting the votes at the AGM

This is very close and we are almost at the point that we have been waiting for to kick start the SP and there a lot of eyes on this next step.

Vote YES and let the BOD get this across the line for you because they will.
