why would GG put himself in the position where he HAS to pick up shares - he's not bloody Santa Claus.
IMHO he's the real businessman exploiting MSB / SI need for cash to appease lenders by negotiating a deal where he can buy in at floor prices IF and when approval comes through but not committing that capital until it does.
