It makes you wonder though,what if FIRB had backed off.
What stage would LYC be at ? share price?
Would have been no CR required,no dilution,funds to fast fwd to production.
It would certainly have set a precidence I guess.
All the REE mines would have been targetted by Chinese Investors..that would have really created a bubble.
We,ll never know.
