1. No - but the trading of the stock is an indication and 9.99/10 there's those in the know (ground work team, lab, brokers etc.) and it's always obvious after results come out why it was trading how it was before (good/bad or controlled).
2. No but with a caveat - A Chart won't name who is accumulating, Broker Data though will to an extent; but the Chart, like now will indicate if it is in a Distribution Level; which is was between 4.1c and 4.7c recently; and after that the announcement of the CR at 3.2c came out to show why it was being distributed.
Now it's in an Accumulation Channel between 3c and 3.3c, with the sideways movment and larger volumes indicative of that.
3. Yes actually it does - How many times have you seen the share price suddenly move up or even down for no reason and then a day or two later news (either good or bad) comes out. It's just how markets are, always have been and probably always will be.
