Although I agree that Condor excelled when Halliburton didn't I can't agree with the sentiment you have here.
I'm all for a US JV investor as they bring experience,knowledge,finance and an extremely high work ethic and regard for success.
With the right partner we will see this opportunity become a rewarding investment for all of us, it's just not going to happen as quickly as some might have expected.
Jump ship if you want but those that stay the course will have their reward in my opinion.
