    Hope your right Redfin...just surprises me if thats the case as to why they would show all their cards at once (7 mill) & force such a level of support that it is driving the price up.

    Surely they would've done it maybe a bit smarter & made the parcel a lot less chunkier & maybe had sellers selling back into them...

    They one is definately intriguing.
