I am just guessing and going thru the possibilities as to why the delay is happening. One thing that stands out is why aren't the other companies having any delays. They appear to be just getting down to business.
Remember too that PCL had a drill in Namibia with TLW going back a few years and that was straight forward. I can only see the odd man out here; but I can only hope mid Nov sorts out the problem.
