i had this discussion on another thread, but in simple terms, despite raising 1.79 and 1.75 million usd, they have a debt of 2.32 million. so net cash they have enough for a quarter and half, and relying on conversion of options in January has some risks. Like people dont always convert, share price cld.drop etc.
Dont forget they are sitting on a massive resource and need to drill it out quickly before they start to receive low ball takeover offers. That will require more cash than the options may deliver.
prudence would say best to be 100% sure of your funds in this situation. dont leave it to chance.
