Woodside should have obtained the SSL before the data was delivered.
That gives them the legal authority to use that data.
That is the standard procedure but for reasons unknown Woodside elected not to, probably because they felt that since they paid for the data they could use it without the SSL.
This got them offside with NAMCOR and MME and the resulting delay was the outcome.
PCL have finally stepped in and resolved the impasse for Woodside.
Its not a mystery and doesn't need countless exhausting negative posting on what a short time ago used to be one of the best stock threads on HC.
PCL BOD will be in NAMIBIA this week and its pretty clear what they are there for.
For all the teeth gnashing, the team at PCL have got this in hand, as I repeatedly have said on this forum.
As for Woodside, they dont seem to learn from prior mistakes but even they are not so stupid to try to sell down their soon to be share of PEL87 without maximizing the sale price by confirming what they have by drilling.
There are multiple reliable assessments that show a resource size of 10BBoO at $5USD per barrel value in ground and a single PCL share will be worth over $1AUD
