Seems as though it will be a long wait.
No news is, imo, bad news. ie further indicates that issues are deep, far reaching and perhaps not resolvable in favour of NKP.
At the least PL should made an announcement that clearly identifies the issues, as they should be well known by now, despite the lack of disclosure. Unresolved issues is not a valid reason to stay in suspension, unless the information (ie potential risk) has not been released to the market.
Following an annoucemnt NKP should recommence trading, after all have had a chance to fully weigh up the potential risks and rewards. This would provide the following potential 'opportunities' - 1) Topping up Long or Short Position 2) Exit Long Position 3) Exit Short Position 4) New Long Position 5) New Short Position 6) Sit back with no position and observe.
1 to 5 is 'pick your cheese', given the risk profile.
An extended suspension is NOT, imo, to the advantage of anyone except insiders.
