There must be a reason why bpt are buying on market as opposed to an off market takeover. This may prevent them offering a higher price to tic holders who have previously sold out.
I too would be guttered if after 21 Jan bpt increased their offer to meet the price demands of vpe.
Sold half of my holding but will look at getting rid of the rest in the next few days
