1) For anyone who's ever had legal dealings...they can take a long, long time. Especially when 2 or more parties are contesting. Offers and requests get put forward with 14 to 30 days to reply. Then counter offers and request...another 14 to 30 days to reply. This is how lawyers can make good money.
2) It's December. Legal departments tend to go slow or shut down during this time. I'd say it will be January at the earliest (if we're lucky), before any more word is heard on this thing.
By all means google news reports out of South Africa to get updates. There would have to be a website that lists court proceedings in SA.
