mljet: What YOU said on this board was that ITC would get the oil fields and NOT VPE. Obviously, very wrong prediction on your part.

P.S. IF VPE's sp would have been high enough to make a scrip offer, they would have done so for sure IMHO. Sadly, for them, they now have a minority holder in the picture with BPT - but VPE still hold by far the majority of the grounds.
