I’ve been a holder in Benz since before the ASX IPO of the CDIs and I am delighted by this deal. Clearly it’s a great deal for a Benz but it’s also a great deal for SPR taking on such a large holding in Benz. For those that haven’t checked it out yet, we hold 1M mineable ounces @ 7gpt in an established mine in Quebec. It’s a cracking resource and there’s more ounces to be added from drilling undertaken since the resource data was cutoff. Now you lucky folks own 15% of that. Very much looking forward to having Nick on the Board.
