    Yes, drastically! The original model was:

    1) Get a telehealth prescription for the device.
    2) Buy the device at the pharmacy.
    3) Use the first page of the device for free.
    4) Buy a subscription for the second page of the device.

    Now they are using three tiers with vague terminology and including cheapo cardiologist reports. I thought the benefit was that the device and app gave the info you needed. Now you need constant cardiologist reports? Shouldn't a cardiologist tell you if you need his or her constant reports? Why would you buy cardiologist reports up front unless a cardiologist told you that you need those reports?

    Yes. We absolutely need this. It should have been done before now instead of blindsiding us. Either the original pricing model didn't work (at 80% margin!) or they found a better one.

    Also, they need much clearer marketing. Essential care sounds like being a patient in a cardiology ward, whereas "total vitality" sounds like an athlete's upkeep. But I think the reality is the opposite. Maybe it's reverse psychology.
