    Please check my maths.
    On today's closing price PLS is valued at $8.883 billion.
    In exchange for our shares (ignoring dilution) we will get 6.4% of PLS. This is worth $568.512 million.
    We have 77.7 million tons of lithium oxide. Have we done a great deal selling this much Lithium at $7.32 per ton?
    Correct me if I'm wrong.
