I'm not negative or impatient, and I remain confident about PCL's prospects. What has become quite obvious to me over the past few days of digging is that PCL did not disclose all aspects of WDS's farm in option. We knew nothing about this "Seismic License" until this year. It came totally out of the blue. Why weren't all conditions of the farm in option with WDS disclosed to begin with back in March 2023? Anyone else here starting to feel like a mushroom?
