I still believe there are deals in the mix, it's a cross-border compliance issue that we are waiting on.

PayFac is meant to speed up the compliance process, however we have been on the final stages for sometime.

It's been a a complex process I'd imagine and after 2+ years working on the compliance, it shouldn't be far away.

Still a watch this space, as when this does happen, it will open doors and huge international deals I'd imagine.

FSCO will be one and that's trying to attack that 3 trillion dollar market and we will be the first player in this area.
