If you were BMG,and had til March 2012,why would you pay up earlier than you had to.

Even NS said it's purely up to them. I'm just annoyed we only found out about this 2 days ago.

Up until now,it's been highlighted in red in CAP's presentations that CAP would receive the money in March 2011.

Misleading behaviour IMO.





Hi frader...I don't for one minute think that BMG will walk away.

I don't however like grey areas in communication from mgt.
