    Worst case scenario: They get paid the $25 million in March 2012, but as has been mentioned before, there is enogh cash in the kitty to last until then. BMG aint going to pull out of this and if for some reason it doesn't work out with them - you are going to have a lot of companies interested in getting on this bandwagon.

    Lack of dilution + nice resource with feasibility studies on the way = healthy share price

    Ignore the price today and we will look in a couple of months from now (lets say March 2011). My guess is people will be begging to buy at these prices then.

    Really CAP (pending no market crashes) are in a win-win situation. I have put these in the drawer and have no intentions of selling them soon.
