    They go into pre-open with that announcement during the middle of the trading day which will be insignificant to the share price in my opinion and yet they heve a trading halt before open to announce a duster and lock us shareholders in. Is there more news to follow or am I wrong in saying why are they still in pre-open? Confused and unhappy MEO holder. good luck notthemama
