I see that may of our regular Chaos Posters - (those that do not think EXR can eventually Sell our Locations to BIG Oil and Gas Producers).
are here constantly raising issues that may or may not happen, offering theories and conspiracies of why the share Price is what it is .--

To manipulate the Share Price for (Pips -is what they call it) -- is some Day Traders -- strategies and standard operation procedure..

For other Long term Investors -- it is quite annoying,, to be constantly Told -- That Our Investment is a waste, That We are Stupid for Investing In EXR, that we are gullible for Listening to Our Management Team --that there is No Hope --- and obviously we all have the Memory Retention of Gold Fish -- as they have to constantly raise the issues (in different wordings) --Every couple of days.....

If Investors are able to maintain their Share Holding, and IF they have done their research and are happy with the Risk factor --whether they are able or prepared to accumulate --(in some cases reducing their Average buy-in Price) -- is all part of the Rik and Reward strategy.

Patience and as always --There are NO Guarantees ,
Yet -- Why do these Chaos Posters continue to down play and get people to Sell Out -- If someone isn't making Money or are Going to Make Money if all goes to plan?
