Guys I have just received an email from the company.
I cannot copy and paste the info directly on here so I will use my own words.
The article that GS posted stating that if they were to raise capital they would do it through a major acquisition was only as an example and not to be taken literally.
There are NO capital raisings coming folks.
NONE!!!

The email also states that no new shares will be issued for the AIM listing due to a number of UK Insto's holding shares in Aust Nominee accounts and these would be transferred over.
There was another emphasis in the email stating that debt and cash flow are the way forward for the company.
I hope that this helps everyone in allaying any concerns?
