legal newbie question - why would CHM have to pay MMX's legal costs?
the court found in favour of CHM, just did not apply the remedy that they had hoped for
would seem odd for the winner of a court case to pay the other's cost. i would have thought worst case for CHM is both parties ordered to pay their own costs?
