KP2 Discussion, page-559

It is definitely strange that only KP2 ASX is in a Trading Halt.

At first i thought it might be an error in timing, and that the JSE and LSE would shortly follow into a trading halt, but now im not so sure that the JSE and LSE will enter a Halt.

Surely if a Halt is required on the ASX, then for the same reasons it would be required on the JSE and LSE.?

If we read the trading halt letter carefully, it is clear that the letter is intended for the ASX only.

The letter is addressed to the ASX only.........it references ASX trading/listing rules only.....and then again addresses the ASX only later in the letter when discussing reasons for the halt to be granted.
