And it would be in @Pokerface 's interest to push back a little (breaking habit?) to get the performance share resolution removed (best outcome) or voted down (poor second best outcome) because GRV is sadly lacking in believing investors.
GRV were lacking in believing investors 2 years ago at 6c so did the Pioneer deal. GRV is even more sadly lacking now at 2.5c. The last thing the board should be doing kicking their investors in the teeth by gifting themselves cheap freebies at the 11th hour on $13b in-ground value.
