    Unfortunately, this is disaster time if the options go under.

    Very little left for BIT to hang on to after that event. Also, will be very hard for BIT to raise capital.

    SP will probably fall by the end of November and any CR will be discounted.

    Even at 1 cent, the shares are not cheap without some sort of legitimate business plan for the future.
