Thanks @ntrain, I also hope the self funded strategy lands well and sooner rather than later.
I am actually grateful that DRE have more than one project. It's one of the reasons I am sticking with this company, I've listed my many reasons in previous posts at times.
Many have said, DRE is not a one trick pony.
Too bloody right they're not! It's the BoD strategy and it's one of their many strengths, in my uneducated/humble opinion.
That is what makes them so exciting and a ripper for any investors to just watch, if they are not yet ready to jump on board.
News can and does come from every corner and at any time.
I am not risk averse and prefer to jump on in a company's infancy based on the quality of land they stand on, quality of the management and their vision for what and how they intend to send it.
No matter what has happened with unrest in the markets during the last year or more especially, I know I'm on a company that will work harder than we all realise, to ensure they leave no stone unturned on all of their holdings.
That's the forethought of having top line geos on each project, not just concentrating on one alone and letting the others flounder.
Each project can progress individually, with the best on the job.
If it's there, this company's geos WILL find it.
I'm personally not concerned about the REEs waiting in the wings, because the board (major shareholders) will make sure it is ready for when the world values and needs it, they aren't interested in working this hard for love nor less than they're worth.
The share price is certainly NOT moving at the cracking pace I'd hoped for either, in the last couple of years, but that's not due to DRE having poor work ethics, it's out of their hands, like so many other explorers in the same boat, and they are managing what they have better than I could, by a long shot.
So I, for one, won't tell them how they should be running their portfolio, but I admit, I really do enjoy and understand your post and others similar in content.
As always, DYOR.
For me, strong hold and if I had a pile of $$ to invest, DRE would be a comfortable choice.
