Andrew ,I think the directors are going out of their way to appease the complaints from many share holders .

Shareholders grasp at any reason they can to justify why a share price hasnt gone up .This was one of the biggest concerns for many (not me )

It doesnt matter how many options we gave them ,they are worthless until they can sell them .None of us know how much spare cash someone has ,and a director is no different .Just because they got options ,doesnt put cash in their pockets to buy shares .

Even some wealthy people may have very little spare cash to invest .

Maybe they have some cash locked up in a term deposit or something .For all we know, that could have been every last cent that Brewer owns .We cant criticise anyone without facts .Thats my message .

These guys are doing everything humanly possible to appease their shareholders ,and attract new converts .

I think they should be applauded for that .

By the way ,I wasnt having a go at you ,or anyone , just the tone of the thread ,after the director gives holders exactly what they were asking for .
