As a shareholder I am very happy with the direction NTU is taking with this announcement. It is further proof that they are firmly but systematically taking control of their future. No doubt the cash burn rate (as exploration is pumped up) in 2011 will be on everyone's watch list, but raising money hopefully based on some early success will certainly IMO not be a negative. Overall the boosted exploration drive in 2011 is very much anticipated. I feel the market with a building strong market sentiment towards heavy rare earths (lead by LYC) will soon see a re-rating of NTU in 2011.
