Sandy is having a rough time getting the point across but I think its a pretty valid one.

If it is a method of entry for an os consortium to grab more than 51% of SSN I think we all should be concerned? A whole number of what if's then pop up.

I am sure the FIRB would have to be involved if the total number of ADR's reached a certain level.

Clarification of what % of SSN capital is held in ADRs should be transparent, its just good corporate governance?

I have sent emails and am waiting for replies.

Another 2 mill slipped os this morning.
