I just remembered a bit more that was said . I was told that MIN heavies were about the site VERY recently , looking most important and pointing a lot . Also some hearsay about a time sharing of the berth and load facilities , sort of your turn , my turn stuff . The work at FP will go on for years but the initial ramping up may take only 6 to 8 months and could start as soon as a decision is reached ( Feb ). They really need a new shiploader but that is longer term . I did not read the thread before posting this so sorry if I repeated already common knowledge .


It is likely IMO that the director buying is a sign that Feb. is a more likely time for any decision .
