I can't give you advice, but looking at the 46m shares that changed hands in London at an average of 3-4% above the previous high, I'm in no rush to sell. Potentially the takeover could be sooner rather than later based on Friday's trading in London.
However it does seem a little strange to expect a takeover before the sale of the Life business is completed in April.
Who knows ? But there looks like enough action happening to keep me holding and watching.
