For your confident post should it not have read 'on track for an adoption rate' and the use of the modifier 'if' does not mean or guarantee it will be achieved.
Aspirational comes to mind, lets see what the 4c's say in the coming months before being definitive, as the announcement certainly was not IMO
To date Spenda's mantra has been Aim high but the heights pointed to have never been achieved....yet. But this time you believe its a sure thing? GLTAH, will be interesting come September
