Gardie, For christ's sake give it up...chm case against mmx is over...640k is about the figure give or take a couple a hundred thou....threat of appeal and likely turn around ..basically zero...Sage in it to pick up crumbs of chm and possible windfall from Grimaldi if ill gotten loot can be found..Nothing for chm from MMX..That part is deade and buried..The only hope is from Grim....And good luck with that one....MMX have absolutely nothing to fear from chm, bigger fish to fry...We at MMX very happy with legal outcome with chm..ITS OVER!!!!
