    Yeah,I'm with you on this.

    Why did NS even mention it if it was "extremely unlikely" that BMG would delay til 2012?

    If BMG has til 2012 then it should NOT have been highlighted in CAP's that they would pay in Mar 2011.

    NS has just succeeded in creating doubt and uncertainty and that's never a good thing.
